About

Living in Denver I am immersed in my garden, teaching NVC and walking twice a day during these unpredictable times.

My areas of passion are:

Restorative Conversations for schools and families embedded in NVC;

Equity, Accessibility and Inclusion work in organizations and teams, working towards

greater social justice;

Communication as Spiritual Practice - based in Kabbalah and Yoga practices;

Teaching a Social Work graduate course in NVC;

Walking with Loss Retreats + Breaking our hearts open - Personal & Collective Grief;

NVC as a support for healing, building relational trust and resiliency for

congregations and their surrounding neighborhood stakeholders.

My deep self empathy practice has been so life giving - in these times sheltering alone and the deep sorrow of the health & income disparities.

I am also a yoga teacher, Courage & Renewal Facilitator and a Storyteller & Story Listener, sharing traditional , biographical and personal stories. In my garden, the sunflowers are about 12 inches high, the cucumbers are an inch high and the infamous trio of squash, corn and beans are dancing in the sun together at two inches high.
