Jim and Jori Manske

For more than 41 years, Jim and Jori Manske have been partners both in life and work. As co-creators of peaceworks and radicalcompassion.com, they offer many opportunities to support the integration of NVC consciousness for individuals, groups and organizations. They became Certified Trainers for the Center for Nonviolent Communication (cnvc.org) in 2003 and have been leaders in offering NVC to the world. Jim (as an assessor) and Jori (as a mentor and trainer), support certification candidates and other practitioners who aim to fully integrate NVC into their lives, communities, and the systems they live in. They co-authored Pathways to Liberation (the Matrix) along with two colleagues. It's a self-assessment tool used globally by those seeking to become certified trainers, now translated into 14 languages. Currently living in Haiku, Maui, Jim and Jori contribute as board members for the Network for Nonviolent Communication, including, NVC for the Next Generation, a project that aims to provide NVC training and restorative practices throughout the educational system of Hawai’i.
