Daraja la Amani is an umbrella initiative for a range of projects by the NVC Kenya Network, with the main objective of enhancing NVC awareness at the grassroots level in Kenyan communities.
The Tribe 254 project is centered around NVC awareness creation in preparation for the 2022 general elections.

As it is, Kenya has more than 42 tribes, hence previous experiences where tribal politics have played a significant role in contributing to violence, before, during and after elections. This project aims at a shifting strategies for belonging, community, and other community needs, hence the use the code 254, as a call for unity in our diversity as one Kenyan tribe.
