For organizations · Live online workshops, facilitation & mediation
.Live, interactive online workshops, facilitation and mediation for teams that want to disagree well, decide together, and get on with the work. Wherever your people sit, from a two-hour session to a year of practice.
Sound familiar?
“There's one topic nobody dares to bring up in the meeting, so it gets talked about everywhere else.”
“Two camps, one team. Everyone is polite. Nothing moves.”
“Feedback ends in silence, or in tears, so managers have quietly stopped giving it.”
“Good people are leaving, and the exit interviews all say the same thing: they didn't feel heard.”
If any of these landed, you are exactly who we built this for. NVC gives people a shared language for what they feel and need, so the hard conversation becomes possible, and then productive.
Our two main offers
Offer 01 · Mediation & conflict facilitation
Is there a polarizing topic in your organization? A fight that never quite ends? A feeling that you cannot move on? Whether you are a small team or a large organization, we come in, hold the room, and help everyone say what has been unsayable.
Offer 02 · NVC foundations for teams
The foundations of Nonviolent Communication, taught for the workplace and practiced on your real situations. Teams that share this language give clearer feedback, argue about the work instead of about each other, and make decisions that hold.
When Satya Nadella became CEO of Microsoft in 2014, one of his first moves was to hand his senior leadership team a copy of Marshall Rosenberg's Nonviolent Communication. The shift from a combative culture to a collaborative one is now the textbook example of what happens when an organization learns to talk about needs instead of blame.
How we work
Our workshops are live and fully interactive. Not a webinar, not a video course, not slides with a voice over them. Small groups, breakout pairs, real practice on real situations, and a facilitator in the room the whole way through.
Here is the part that surprises almost everyone: something opens up on those calls that rarely happens in the office. Colleagues who have worked side by side for years hear each other, sometimes for the first time. The person who is always brief turns out to have been carrying something. The one everyone found difficult turns out to have a need nobody had asked about. People laugh. Occasionally people cry. And then they go back to work knowing each other differently.
That connection is not a bonus on top of the training. It is the training. NVC is learned in the moment you are actually understood by someone, and the moment you actually understand them. We simply build the conditions for that to happen, and then get out of the way.
Because we work online, it doesn't matter whether your team sits in one building or across eight time zones. Remote and hybrid teams get the thing they miss most, real contact, without anyone booking a flight.
More ways to work with us
Every engagement starts with a conversation about what is actually going on. These are the shapes it most often takes.
NVC for managers and team leads. One-to-ones, hard conversations, performance reviews and saying no, without the dread on either side of the table.
A focused session on giving and receiving feedback that people can actually hear. Observation instead of judgment, requests instead of demands, and what to do when it still stings.
When politics, world events or identity have split a team into camps. We help people stay colleagues across deep differences, drawing on our Depolarize This program.
Facilitation and decision-making with NVC. Fewer circular debates, clearer requests, and decisions that everyone can live with because everyone was heard.
Self-empathy, sustainable pace and the art of a clean no. Made for people who care a lot: NGOs, healthcare, education, social work, and founders.
A monthly practice circle embedded in your organization, or an inspiring 45-minute talk for your all-hands. The practice keeps growing between our sessions, and long after the last one.
How it works
No slide decks about slide decks. We keep the path short and the work real.
Book the first call →You tell us what is going on. We tell you honestly whether and how we can help.
A sales pitch.
Format, length, group size, session rhythm and a clear price. Shaped around your situation, not a catalogue.
A generic training package.
Practical, participatory, and built on your real conversations. People leave with something they used the same afternoon.
A day of theory.
Concrete next practices for the team, and optional follow-up circles so the change keeps living in the organization.
A certificate and goodbye.
What changes
Every criticism, judgment, diagnosis, and expression of anger is the tragic expression of an unmet need.
Who we work with
Let's talk
Pick whichever feels easiest. We answer every message personally, usually within two working days.
A few short questions so we understand your situation before we answer. It takes about two minutes, and it lands straight in our inbox.
Pick a slot that suits you. Fifteen minutes, no preparation needed. You describe the situation, we say honestly whether we are the right people for it.

Good to know
Our workshops are live and online, and they are genuinely interactive: small groups, breakout pairs, real practice, cameras on. That is not a compromise, it is what lets us work with teams spread across offices, countries and time zones, and it is where we do our best work. We also come in person, but only in Germany and in Israel/Palestine.
Mediation and facilitation work best with the people directly involved, from two colleagues to a leadership team. Workshops run well up to about 30 people, and for larger groups we add facilitators so the breakout rooms stay small and the practice stays real. Talks scale to a full all-hands.
English and German, with a wider network of certified NVC trainers we bring in for other languages. Tell us what your team speaks and we will find the right fit.
Neither. NVC is a practical skill, not a personality change. Nobody is asked to share more than they want to, and nobody is asked to agree. The aim is people who can be honest and still in the room together.
It depends on format, group size and location, so we prepare a proposal after a short call. As a non-profit initiative we keep pricing fair, and organizations with smaller budgets, such as schools and grassroots groups, can ask about reduced rates.
Every engagement ends with concrete next practices for the team, and we offer optional follow-up circles so what was learned keeps living inside the organization.
Ready when you are
Fifteen minutes is enough to find out whether we are the right people to help. Wherever in the world your team sits. No preparation, no obligation.
