The Empathy Walk

A seven-step practice for meeting yourself honestly, when something is still stirring.

Ten pages, free, yours to print. No email needed.

What is the walk?

Seven stations, and you move between them at your own pace.

Have you ever given movement and energy to something that was buried in you, shaking your whole body in a dance that helps you let go, until you finally find what you needed to find? The Empathy Walk is a bit like that, only with a pen. It helps you cleanse yourself of the extra baggage that has attached itself to your experience, station by station, until what is left is what actually matters.

There is no right order and no finish line. The walk is a spiral, not a straight line.

Bring a pen and ten quiet minutes. There is writing space under every station.

The Feelings & Needs list

Stations three and four ask you to put words to what is moving in you. If the words will not come, this one-page vocabulary of feelings and universal needs is the companion to keep beside the walk. Also free, also no email.

Ready to take the walk further, together?

The walk is something you can do alone. Practising it alongside others is where it deepens.
