Hi, I am Karolin, living in Berlin. I have been practicing NVC for 10 years. In the last 4 years I have also been teaching in groups and been active as a coach. Right now I counsel families in any family issue.

I am very grateful for the chances that I got through NVC of growing out of my comfort-zones. I have been lucky to meet very helpful teachers. I like to learn and teach with humour, from a place of acceptence and honesty.

In the last months I have been "studying" and exploring a lot on anger, shame and - life.
