I live NVC as part of my lifelong practice of responding to my deep heart’s calling for self-understanding and self-acceptance (which feels like love), and for engaging the challenge of progressively realizing these in consciousness, life and relationship. I love witnessing and supporting others in this same journey. NVC is integrated into my practice, which is fundamentally a spiritual/heart practice, with 25+ years of experience. I am available for online deep empathy and honesty sessions, ongoing mentorship, and training, including “training the trainer/helping professional”, practice circles, and advanced topical workshops.
