Alejandra Betanzo

Alejandra started her path of integrating NVC to her life 5 years ago. She is now in the process of becoming an NVC certified trainer. During a four-year-period, Alejandra worked at UNAM (the largest public university in Latin America) in a project aimed at responding with a restorative justice approach to gender-based-violence situations, and is now an independent consultant helping organizations navigate systemic and structural gender inequalities holding spaces that frame conversations in a way that promote mutual understanding and explícit agreements to promote social change.
