In this session, we’ll open a space for honest reflection on how the dynamics of “power over” can quietly live within us — even when we deeply value nonviolence. Together, we’ll explore the inner roots of control, domination, or judgment, and trace them back to the vulnerable needs and emotions beneath. As we meet these places with care and curiosity, we’ll begin to sense what it might mean to move from “power over” to “power with” — and identify one clear, life-serving strategy that aligns with our integrity.
