Cancellation Policy

This policy sets out cancellation and refund terms for NVC Rising programs and events.

Non-refundable fees

Registration fee. Each offering has its own non-refundable registration fee (see the program's dedicated page for details). This fee is part of your full payment, not an additional charge.

  • NVC Learning Community: €200 / $200
  • Themed workshops: €80 / $80

Payment processing fees. For any payment transaction where we are charged fees for receiving your payment (for example, credit card processing), those fees are non-refundable. They are usually between 1.5% and 3.5% of the transaction amount.

Cancelling your place

Up to 14 days before the first day of the course: we will refund your entire tuition payment, apart from the registration fee and payment processing fees.

Up to 7 days before the first day of the program: we will refund 75% of your tuition fee.

Less than 7 days before the first day, until one week after the program started: we will be able to refund 50% of your tuition fee.

After that (one week after the program started): we won't be able to offer any refund, as by this time we won't be able to offer your spot to another person.

In cases of emergencies or unusual life circumstances, please contact us personally.

If we cancel a program

If we cancel a program for any reason (for example, due to too few participants), any money transferred by you will be refunded to your account. We will notify you as soon as possible by telephone or email.

Cancellation policy transparency

We at NVC Rising hire a diversity of CNVC-certified trainers to support us in creating our programs. We are committing to pay a large number of trainers, which means making big financial commitments. In order to care for our own sustainability as well as the sustainability of the project, we chose these cancellation policy guidelines.
